Patrick White Publishing provides professional book publishing services, including but not limited to:
- E-book writing and ghostwriting services
- Book cover design and illustration
- Editorial services (editing and proofreading)
- Book publication and distribution
- Book marketing and promotional services
- Book video trailer production
- Audio book production
- Author website design
- Article writing services
- Book printing services

3. Service Agreements
3.1 Project Scope
Each project will be governed by a separate service agreement that outlines:
- Specific services to be provided
- Project timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms

4. Payment Terms

- Audio and video productions
5.3 Company Rights
We retain the right to:
- Use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials
- Reference our work relationship in testimonials and case studies
- Retain copies of work for our records
5.4 Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, etc.) used in your project may be subject to separate licensing terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project information
- Timely review and feedback on deliverables
- Making payments according to agreed schedules
- Providing necessary materials and access
- Communicating changes or concerns promptly
- Ensuring all provided content is original or properly licensed
7. Confidentiality
We understand that your project may involve confidential information. We agree to:
- Keep all client information confidential
- Not disclose project details without permission
- Use information only for the purpose of providing services

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services

- We do not guarantee specific sales results or success
- Clients are responsible for backing up their own materials
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services with written notice. Termination may result in:
- Charges for work completed to date
- Forfeiture of deposits for work already begun
- Delivery of work completed up to termination date
11.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate services for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Breach of these Terms
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Requests for illegal or unethical content
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
